Who we are
30 years of getting it right.
From a garage in 1995 to a 100,000 sq ft facility today, ABGI has spent three decades helping companies show up the way they want to be seen.
Built to run programs, not transactions.
Most companies in our industry are brokers. They take your order, pass it to a printer, mark it up, and call themselves a partner. We've never operated that way. Everything that goes out the door for our clients runs through systems, teams, and a facility we own and operate. That's how programs get run well. And it's the only way we know how to do this.

A 100,000 sq ft kitting and fulfillment center in Grapevine, Texas.
We bought our first building in 2008 and built into our current facility in 2017. Print, fulfillment, kitting, and warehousing all happen under one roof, under one team. When something needs to move faster, it does, because there's no broker in the middle saying "let me check with the printer." We are the printer.

Enterprise systems, well before our buyers asked for them.
We implemented SAP Business One in 2008, when almost no company our size was running an enterprise ERP. We did it because we could see where our clients were heading. Multi-location rollouts, integrated inventory, real-time program visibility, that's the kind of work we wanted to be ready for. Today, it's the kind of work we're known for.

A team that picks up the phone.
Our team in Grapevine handles client work directly. Our team in the Philippines lets us deliver around the clock when a program needs it. Same standards on both sides. Same accountability. The buyer doesn't get lost in the handoff because there isn't one.

Technology where it earns its keep.
We don't chase tools for the sake of chasing them. We've adopted SAP, advanced production tech, and automation where they make the work better for our clients. We've ignored the trends that don't. That selectivity is part of why we've been doing this for 30 years and counting.
Three leaders. Three lenses.
The visionary who started it. The president who scaled it. The leader carrying it forward.

Kris Sorokwasz
Founder
Kris started ABGI in 1995 because she could see what most people in the industry couldn't. Thirty years later, the company she built is still running on the vision she set. She remains involved as Founder, with the next generation of ABGI leadership carrying her standards forward into the company's next chapter.

Stephanie Long
President
Stephanie joined ABGI in 2001 and has spent the last 25 years building the operational engine that makes the company run. She's the one who gets excited about how processes fit together, where systems can be sharper, and how to make every client experience cleaner than the last. She became President in 2026 and serves as the company's EOS Integrator.

Alexa Sorokwasz
Head of Client Partnerships
Alexa runs client partnerships at ABGI. New business, new programs, and the growth of the company's client roster all sit with her team. She's spent the past several years building the playbook that defines how ABGI shows up for the next generation of clients. New clients meet her first.
The long version.

Kris Sorokwasz founded ABGI in 1995 out of her garage. She'd seen how print and promo were being done at the company she came from and decided to build something better, starting with how clients were treated. Her first client was Loomis. They're still with us today, 30 years later.
Everything we are now traces back to that idea. The systems we invested in. The facility we built. The team we put together. All of it exists because companies deserve a better way to run the print, promo, fulfillment, and brand programs they depend on. That's been the work for 30 years. That's still the work today.
Same standards. Bigger footprint.
Three things we believe.
We're program partners, not vendors.
A vendor sells you a thing. A partner runs the system that delivers it. We've spent 30 years getting good at the second one.
We don't make our problems your problems.
Supply chain hiccups, vendor delays, production challenges, they happen. A great partner doesn't pretend otherwise. They just don't let it become your problem. Our team handles the noise. Yours sees the result.
We grow with our clients.
Our oldest client has been with us for 30 years. Another scaled from $30M to $200M while we ran their merchandising program. The work has changed every year for both. The partnership hasn't.
If you've made it this far, you probably have a few questions. Let's get on a call.
