Advanced Business Graphics, Inc. (ABGI) is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to support a high-volume account team and play a key role in executing complex print, promotional, apparel, and fulfillment programs. This is an in-office position for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning execution tasks through completion.

This is not a passive administrative role. The Account Coordinator is trusted with real responsibility and is often the first line of support when execution or field-level issues arise.
Location: Grapevine, TX (In-office)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekAs an Account Coordinator at ABGI, your day will likely include:
Coordinating fulfillment, logistics, and distribution for events and program-based initiatives
Managing sample ordering and sample coordination
Handling day-to-day website administration, including updates, user setup, and basic troubleshooting
Uploading, validating, and finalizing distribution lists prior to release
Assisting with order entry, tracking updates, and execution follow-up
Coordinating directly with Warehouse and Operations to ensure accuracy and readiness
Serving as first-line customer service support for field-level issues and escalating when appropriate
Identifying and flagging potential execution issues before they impact clients or timelines
Ensuring physical readiness of materials prior to shipment, including counts, labeling, and documentation
Supporting internal preparation and client-facing materials as needed

Experience with print or promotional products, helpful but not required
Familiarity with order entry, distribution lists, or program-based execution
Comfort using systems and tools to track work and deadlines
